Summary

The Account Coordinator acts as the first point of contact with existing customers in order to generate orders, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. Primary responsibility will be to profitably grow sales to these accounts to achieve yearly goals.

Will use communication skills to identify and address clients' needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

  • Directly contacting existing customers via phone and email to monitor monthly sales and generate reorders.
  • Upsell customers to ensure full adoption of all products.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client questions and needs.
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers to build and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate leads and prospect accounts.
  • Provide regular reports and territory updates to manager
  • Promoting new products/services to current customers
  • Maintain accurate call logs of customer interactions and activity
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 2 years of experience in direct customer service, account management or similar relevant field
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exhibit professionalism at its highest
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good time-management skills
  • Familiar with CRM program (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Having a vast understanding of the principles of sales
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office, data analysis, Google Apps and QuickBooks
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Will be required to submit to a background check
  • Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
  • Travel between sites may be required

Benefits

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $65,000/year plus bonuses, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
