- Keeping updated on all professional exercise certifications, protocols, and trends.
- Maintaining professional credits by attending workshops and seminars.
- Timely arrival to class to answer any members' questions or concerns.
- Required to attend customer service in-service programs and to read required customer service materials.
- This position has no supervisory responsibility.
