The Technical Support Professional is critical for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing expert-level technical support to construction teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. This position is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring functionality of tools and systems. The technical support position collaborates with global and internal teams to manage and complete Engineering Changes as required.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate pertinent information to key stakeholders.
- Identify the need and have the will to collaborate across internal departments to resolve identified technical difficulties.
- Complete and effectively perform most work tasks according to undefined parameters due to complexity of technical matters.
- Implementation of new released tools through Engineering Change Orders (ECO) into packing lists.
- Contribute to approval of ECOs.
- Technical interface between Engineering, Service and Tool Center.
- Perform Bill of Material and parts list reviews.
- Perform Material Master Data clean up and recommendations using ERP systems.
- Other tasks assigned.
