What this role will look like:
- Customer Onboarding Management:
- Ensure clear communication: Between the sales team, customers, and internal teams, setting clear expectations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee scheduling of customer installs, coordinate between customers, vendors, and the Vested Networks installation team, and manage all related team calendars and assignments.
- Daily Oversight: Monitor and review team assignments, install details, and schedules to ensure timely project completion. Maintain communication with all parties to keep projects on track.
- Records Management: Ensure all necessary customer documentation is signed, stored in CRM, and follow-up tasks are assigned. Collaborate with the sales team to acquire any missing documents or signatures.
- Process Internet Orders: Manage and process internet orders, ensuring all details are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Ordering Coordination: Oversee the ordering of necessary services and equipment to support the porting and installation process, ensuring all required resources are in place for a smooth transition.
- Porting
- Porting Requests: Oversee initiation and execution of porting requests, ensuring proper timing and coordination with the installation team.
- Porting Oversight: Monitor the porting process to ensure all requests are completed on time and without issues.
- Backup Support for Tech Support Team
- Customer Support Ticket Management: Assist with managing and responding to customer service tickets through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to support inquiries.
- Technical Assistance: Provide backup support for network configuration and maintenance, including troubleshooting customer issues, coordinating equipment replacement, and scheduling dispatches to ensure customers receive the correct service and support.
