About The Role

- Lead and manage a team of veterinary technicians and support staff, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth
- Streamline workflows, optimize hospital processes, and maintain a high standard of patient care and customer service
- Oversee hospital budgets, payroll, inventory, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth and success
- Ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence
- Proven experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management with strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and payroll administration
