Job Responsibilities:
A hands-on leadership role focused on working alongside crews while delivering exceptional landscape services. This position combines active field leadership with crew development, ensuring the highest standards of quality and teamwork.
- Lead daily crews while actively participating in landscape operations
- Train and develop team members to exceed quality standards
- Coordinate job sites, equipment, and crew logistics for maximum efficiency
Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
- Valid MA driver's license
- Valid MA DOT medical certification
- Strong lawn care practices
- Familiarity with basic horticultural practices
