Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of permitting experience required
- 2 years of permitting experience preferred
- Experience with Electrical companies, home services, or construction preferred
- Desire to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and management skills, ability to prioritize and execute
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Urgency to get task completed in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with sales, engineering, and operational managers to ensure timely preparation of permit packages
- Submit permits to municipalities and coordinate revisions as necessary
- Monitor progression and status of permits to help team plan installation schedule
- Coordinate all paperwork and scheduling from sale to completion of installs
- Act as a liaison between the company and each municipality to obtain inspections
- Maintain all company files relating to site plan applications, approvals, licenses, permits, and registration
- Monitor and inform team of changes in permitting requirements and processes
- Assist the team in other administrative and operational capacities as needed
Compensation: $40,000-$50,000/yearly
