- Production Planning: Collaborate with the planning team to develop and implement efficient production schedules that meet customer demand.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain top-quality standards across all products.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead production teams, conducting performance evaluations and promoting a positive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and increasing output.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Resource Management: Optimize the use of production resources, including equipment and personnel, to achieve production targets.
- You possess a strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- You have a flexible, problem-solving mindset and excel in dynamic environments.
- You are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- You are fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, enabling effective communication within a diverse team.
- Must have served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force, Reserves, or National Guard.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility managing production and/or quality.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a hard requirement.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred.
