Here's What You'll Do
- Design and Develop Electrical Systems: Create industrial electrical systems, including circuit sizing and protection, motor control systems, and control systems incorporating logic controllers, hard-wired circuits, process sensors, actuators, and other automation and control devices.
- Create Electrical Prints: Utilize AutoCAD to design electrical prints and control panels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement Automated Equipment: Design and integrate automated equipment, including vision systems, measuring systems, and robotic equipment, to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Develop Specifications and Estimates: Collaborate with project teams to develop specifications and cost estimates based on project scopes, ensuring feasibility and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage Bidding Processes: Obtain bids for equipment and installation, evaluating proposals to select the best options for the company's needs.
- Determine Power Loads and Energy Requirements: Assess power loads and energy requirements for new and existing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer technical and hands-on assistance to maintenance and production departments to maintain and improve manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions promptly.
