What You’ll Do :
Facilitate training sessions focused on technical skills, safety procedures, and Amplify Cell Technologies’ standards.
Lead training programs for new and existing employees to improve manufacturing processes and technical proficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess training needs, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Ensure employees are trained in safety practices, equipment operation, and emergency protocols.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Track employee training records, progress, and certification statuses.
Coach and train shop floor employees to improve processes and maximize efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.
Stay proactive in learning new skills and acquiring knowledge to align with process improvements and battery cell manufacturing trends.
Design engaging and innovative training materials that enhance learner retention and engagement.
Work closely with stakeholders to create customized training programs that address specific organizational goals and skill gaps.

Requirements
Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; engineering or manufacturing experience is a plus.
3 years of experience in training, workforce development, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
Experience with HR Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training tools is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills :
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, APTD, or similar).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement practices.
