We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Workforce Development Trainer to join our team. The HR Workforce Development Trainer will be responsible for the training and development of employees at Amplify Cell Technologies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles. This role will improve workforce capabilities by providing training and development programs that are aimed at enhancing an employee’s knowledge and skill base for career advancement and foster overall efficiency in employee development. This role plays a crucial part in supporting continuous improvement of skills, competency and productivity through training and development initiatives and practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate training that covers skills and safety procedures that follow Amplify Cell Technologies Company standards.
- Lead new hire orientation for new employees of Amplify Cell Technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess training needs, ensuring that training meets the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values.
- Ensure that all employees are trained in safety, equipment and emergency practices, procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through training and performance assessments, feedback, and metrics.
- Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, manuals, and resources, ensuring training content is accurate, current and relevant.
- Assist in maintaining employee training records and progress, tracking skill development and certification status.
- Support continuous improvement of employees that increases productivity and reduces errors.
- Ability to coach, teach and train employees to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to be proactive with learning new skills and acquiring knowledge, aligning with industry trends and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop and design innovative and dynamic training materials that enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create innovative and customized training programs that address specific organizational goals and skill gaps.
