What You'll Do :
- Lead a team of manufacturing engineers in key production areas within the plant.
- Oversee daily activities to maximize resource utilization and efficiency.
- Develop and manage team training programs, provide continuous feedback, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with management to coordinate and execute project schedules.
- Participate in and lead equipment design, testing, commissioning, and final buyoff processes.
- Drive the development of manufacturing processes, systems, and station requirements, including automation, traceability, and maintenance strategies.
- Conduct process failure mode and effect analyses (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and execute equipment validation plans.
- Monitor and track equipment performance, identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures to improve uptime and efficiency.
