As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the critical link that keeps our operations running smoothly from the control room. If you're a veteran—especially from a Navy background—think of this as standing watch: you'll oversee our systems, respond to operational needs, and lead your team of operators on the production floor.
In the control room, you'll monitor multiple screens that track key operational metrics like temperatures, flow rates, and tank levels. When something doesn't look right, you'll quickly coordinate with operators on the floor, directing them to inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
You'll be managing a small team, typically two operators, providing clear guidance and positive leadership, ensuring the team stays proactive and effective throughout the shift.
Your shifts will run 12 hours, rotating between daytime (5 AM to 5 PM) and night-time hours. The great news is, you'll work approximately 14 days a month, with built-in breaks to recharge between rotations. You will have 7 days off in a row every month!
The base salary for this role is $100K-$115K plus straight time pay for any hours worked outside your scheduled work hours!
Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
The hiring manager wants someone with a strong, positive mindset who can communicate clearly and confidently—someone who understands that their attitude sets the tone for the whole team. Good communication, including comfort with technology and email, is key.
