We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to take on an essential role in the development and support of electrode processes in battery cell manufacturing. What You'll Do :
- Oversee and directly support electrode processes within the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for electrode manufacturing.
- Monitor key process parameters (e.g., slurry viscosity, coating thickness) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Lead investigations into process defects and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process improvement.
- Establish Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs for critical process steps.
- Analyze data trends to identify potential issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
- Enhance yield and drive waste reduction efforts.
- Work with supplier quality teams to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
- Maintain quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 9000 and IATF 16949.
- Support internal and external audits related to electrode processes.
- Report key quality metrics and present findings to leadership.
