Scrum Master/Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master with 4-5 years of experience in application development to support Agile teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a balanced perspective between project management and Scrum methodologies, helping to grow and guide teams while ensuring efficient execution of deliverables. U.S. Military Veterans, National Guardsmen, Reservists, and/or Military Spouses are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, ensuring best practices and team cohesion.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution, optimizing team productivity.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Generate and analyze JIRA reports, supporting decision-making with metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams within a scaled Agile framework.
• Engage in release management and support cloud migration initiatives when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4-5 years of experience in application development with Agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, including story enablement and reporting.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively, fostering team growth.
• Experience in project management, balancing Scrum Master and PM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of SDLC, risk management, and issue resolution in an Agile setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent), PMP is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
