Veteran Technology Leaders (VTL) is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support VTL and our government customer in the RI area.
This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant the HR Analyst is responsible for: preparing materials for meetings, HRIS administration and data analytics, providing reports necessary for audits & as requested by management, tech-based HR projects and platforms/applications, and other HR-related tasks. Responsible for project management and analytical work, such as program, economic, data, or policy analysis.
Scope of Work:
- Facilitate supporting tasks and activities for day-to-day operations and ERP project
- Attend meetings and track associated action items to ensure progress on projects/activities
- Prepare materials, such as presentations, training materials, frequently asked questions documents, and flow charts
- Write policy and position memos, technical reports, running data analytics to support operations
- Identify issues that necessitate intervention and remediation
Qualifications:
Education/Training
- BA degree required
- HR Certificate, preferred
- Minimum 5 years HR experience with 3 years of progressive experience in Analysis & Reporting
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience implementing Workday or other ERP software
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
