Join Seven Hills Rhode Island as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a key role in supporting employees through every step of their journey! You’ll facilitate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding while ensuring compliance and seamless HR processes across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Guide new hires from conditional hire to New Employee Orientation
- Conduct background checks, employment verifications, and credential reviews
- Support HRIS entry, personnel file maintenance, and compliance reporting
- Assist with job fairs, recruitment events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and program leaders
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- 3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
