Work Helping Others As a Contact Center Agent
We are looking to hire contact center agents to work in these critical support roles. You must have flexible work hours and be willing to work a variety of shifts. You will also need access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite provided internet service will not qualify). Onsite training will be provided.
Training and work associated with this position is performed physically onsite at our facility in Barbourville, KY.
A Day in the Life of a Contact Center Agent:
- Impact the lives of others, by providing support to help individuals and families
- Follow call guides to gather, enter and verify information to provide necessary assistance to aid in recovery
- Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards necessary to provide the level of support required
- Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions addressing policies, procedures, and the handling of confidential information related to personal information

Required Qualifications
To ensure adequate staffing levels and response times, regular and timely attendance related to assigned work schedules including breaks and lunches is REQUIRED.
- High school diploma or equivalent; AND
- Flexible availability and willingness to work any shift as the program operates 24/7
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening (includes a criminal background check and drug test)
- US Citizenship
