Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time Cybersecurity Service Desk Manager onsite in Augusta, GA or Fort Wayne IN.
Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Event Management team, which provides event analysis and threat hunting for managed services clients. The Cybersecurity Service Manager ensures that Event Management personnel deliver rapid threat response while meeting objectives for accuracy and efficiency. The Cybersecurity Service Manager also monitors the performance of the Event Management team, provides feedback and coaching, and implements best practices and improvements.
- Provide leadership within the Managed Services teams to clearly communicate and supervise the Managed Services Delivery Model.
- Supervise and provide regular feedback to all team members, ensuring they are meeting the goals of the Managed Services delivery model.
- Effectively communicate with clients, whether it be anticipating a need, managing a resolution, or following through on a commitment.
- Ensure all customer problems, incidents and requests are effectively managed and met.
- Identify, propose and follow-through on customer-driven and data-driven ideas to improve the Managed Services Delivery model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or security-related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a security team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong security knowledge and security analysis skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools.
- Certification like CISSP, CASP, CISM, GCIH, or GSEC are a plus.
