What You’ll Do:
- On-site position with the ability to become hybrid, or remote based on performance and experience
- Dedicated to delivering award winning customer service in an inside sales environment
- Identify prospective customers through company generated inbound leads
- Conduct customer needs analysis to learn and understand customer’s goals
- Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and highly encourage referral business
- Conduct thorough follow up, outbound calls to interested consumers
- Close sales and advise customer of next steps
Stay current on new products available for customers, completing ongoing education for licensing and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service oriented environment
- Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time in a fast paced environment
- Strong at communicating and relationship building
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a structured and competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years professional experience preferred.
