Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, shots, and beer.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop new skills to enhance our beverage program
- Maintain positive control and accurate accounting of all cash and other income to the bar
Requirements:
- Experience as a Bartender (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (required)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Be able to take direction and orders from the supervisor with minimal explanation or other delays
