Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with cash handling processes as required.
• Communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.72 - $19.53 per hour
