Technical Trainer – Immediate Hiring Opportunity
$75-90K /year
Are you a skilled communicator with expertise in industrial injection molding equipment? We’re seeking a subject matter expert to train our valued customers. Join us and make an impact!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 4-day training courses at customer locations
- Travel approximately 30 weeks per year
- Represent our company by resolving issues on-site, coordinating with Service Managers, Area Managers, the Call Center, Parts Distribution, and customers
- Collaborate with engineering to stay updated on new developments
- Maintain training lab equipment
- Become proficient in teaching all company training courses
- Develop new training materials
Qualifications:
- Electrical and/or mechanical machine maintenance experience
- Expertise with the injection molding process
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience on the manufacturing floor of 3 years OR Military training in a technical field
Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Associate’s Degree in a Technical field or Military Experience
- Maintenance lead experience
