We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Design Project Coordinator / Manager to join our Dotcom Design team. This role is integral to our design operation and will directly report to the Product Design Director for Dotcom. In this position, you will bring specialized knowledge in design processes and tools to focus on managing and coordinating design-specific projects and various creative deliverables. Primarily responsible for creative assets being aligned with the project goals, requirements, and deadlines. You’ll develop and maintain detailed project plans and reports for progress. Your role will involve close collaboration with design team members and web producers, serving as the key liaison for asset gathering, task coordination, and problem resolution.
The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of design processes, tools and terminology. Familiar with design software and design workflows. Proficiency in project management tools and knowledge of design tools are essential. You’ll utilize tools like Airtable, Asana, FigJam to track and manage project timelines, UAT logs, Status reports, and onboarding documentation. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with onboarding new team members, facilitating access to resources, and keeping the team up to date with the latest information.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management
Develop and Maintain Project Plans : Create and update detailed project plans in Airtable for the design team, including project descriptions, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Progress Monitoring : Track project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and report them to the project lead.
Milestone Tracking : Monitor task progress, track project milestones, and ensure adherence to project plans.
Salary : $48
