Job Description:
Join Client as a Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst! In this role you will support a full life cycle recruiter covering Markets Division. You will help to identify and reach the best talent across a diverse slate of professionals and ensure a smooth recruiting process by developing relationships with candidates and key stakeholders in the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals through high-touch collaboration with our senior recruiter
- Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media and various other recruiting tools and initiatives
- Utilize social media, event management, job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking to generate a diverse candidate pool
- Aggregate and review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms and provide continuous feedback to everyone involved
- Collaborate with HR business partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to effectively and smoothly on board candidates
- Proactively build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for repeat positions to shorten future recruitment cycle
- Maintain and update Job Requisition and Applicant Tracking Systems to produce progress reports and other useful recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or another related field
- 2 years of experience supporting recruiters within the financial services industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities; Agency experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively, and in a professional, tactful manner with candidates, employees and senior management
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications
Salary : $35 - $42
