Job Title: Call Center Representative (Banking/Finance)
Location: Johnston RI / Pittsburgh, PA
Pay Rate: $20.10/hr on W2
Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire
Hours per Week: 40

Details:
Position will sit in Johnston RI or Pittsburgh, PA.
- Onsite Days: All employees are expected to be in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Work Setup After Training: One day onsite per week, the rest remote.
- Shifts: Various 1st and 2nd shift schedules are available. All shifts will include one weekend day.
- Holiday Availability: Must be able to work on holidays.
- Start Date: 06/09/2025
- Training: 10-week program including classroom training and on-the-job practice (nesting). Candidates must attend the entire training period — please emphasize this to your candidates.
- Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday (Hybrid: onsite Monday and Tuesday, remote Wednesday to Friday)
- Post-Training Shifts: Multiple options, including weekends. After training, candidates can choose their schedule. First shifts start at 7:00 AM; the latest second shift starts at 1:30 PM.
- Schedule Selection: First come, first served.
- Parking: Free parking in Johnston, RI; candidates in Pittsburgh, PA will receive a $5/day parking pass.
- Training Period: June 9th to August 15th. Post-training schedules will begin after August 15th.

Primary responsibilities include:

As a Contact Center Specialist you will:
- Field a variety of incoming customer calls to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers. Depending on the customer need, calls can be lengthy and occur back-to-back. You’ll have scheduled breaks throughout your day.
- Help customers improve their banking experience and build customer relationships by recommending products and services that meet their banking needs.
- Receive extensive paid training to build your expertise and prepare you to handle customer inquiries of increasing complexity.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customer-facing role
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive and customer-focused mindset
- Strong listening and problem solving abilities
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate through difficult situations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
