Job Title: HR Admin Assistant
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Marlborough, MA 01752
Hybrid - 3 days onsite (flexible)
Overtime may be needed occasionally.
Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant provides administrative support for talent development programs and the launch of a new development platform.
Talent Development Program Support
Coordinate with vendors to set up program cohorts
Share rosters with vendors for upcoming sessions
Send calendar invites for classes and leadership discussions
Send weekly communications to participants
Track pre-work completion and send reminders
Create quarterly reports and update dashboards
Submit attendance for recording in myLearning
Coordinate digital badge and license process with vendors
Assist with participant queries
Development Platform Launch Support:
Perform data clean-up to assist with transition to new platform
Administer license management process and track usage
Assist with content creation as needed
Provide testing support
Education/Experience:
HS Degree required
2 administrative experience
Minimum to intermediate expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
SuccessFactors experience
Experience with SharePoint and web-conferencing systems
Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
Salary : $20 - $21
