Job Title: Wire Transfer Operations Specialist
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $22.11/hr on W2
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Schedule:

- Training will be onsite 5 days/week - day shift

- Actual schedule will be hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 WFH - determined once training is completed)

- Actual shift schedule: 11:00am-8:00pm EST

Description:

• Operations Specialist role will entail the review and manual repair of USD Wire Transfers in a non-call-based environment.
• A high-level attention to detail and pattern recognition is required in order to successfully implement a strict adherence to our processes and procedures.
• Will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of varied problems in the Global Payment Operations department.
• Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing.
• Coordinates the implementation of operational solutions in our non-call-based environment.
• May assist in documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new processes.
• Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes.
• Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.11 per hour
