As an Auditor, Servicing, you will be responsible for performing sub-servicer and interim servicing quality control reviews to ensure mortgage servicing actions are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct a variety of servicing quality control reviews as directed by the servicing quality control plan or requested by the Audit Manager, Servicing. This includes preparing responses and rebuttals and communicating with sub-servicers and internal business units on exception follow up.
- Prepare final reports summarizing review exceptions.
- Communicate regularly with vendors via phone and email to maintain work processes that will prevent future deficiencies and improve quality.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
