As an auditor your impact is two-fold:
- For the customer, your goal is to perform audits and special projects on time and to our customer’s specifications.
- For the team, your goal is to maintain organized, efficient, and quality work. You’ll be responsible for documenting, communicating, and verifying needs and information; collaborating with other team members and departments; and coordinating activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.

This is a long-term, career-growth oriented position, and as such, the compensation package we’re offering is competitive: $80,000 annually (based on experience) to start and includes opportunities for you to quickly maximize your earning potential through training, experience, our ESOP, bonuses, and professional development programs.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform audits in the following areas: full system, supply side, and demand side.
- Responsible for training in-house JHF classes for customers/sales team.
- Responsible for handing off information to sales, customers, service, contractors, and controls group in a clear and concise manner so project can be processed cleanly to eliminate rework.
- Responsible for following processes and procedures established by the ROI Manager to complete audits, hand-offs, and projects.
- Responsible for teaming with the local salesman to assist in quoting and closing audits/projects.
- Working towards the role as the expert in compressed air systems.
- Respond to internal and external requests pertaining to audits, air systems and projects.
- Research and compare competitors to maintain awareness of the competition in the market and keep salesforce / ROI group updated and informed.
- Responsible for ongoing training as it relates to controls, assessments, and air compressor performance.
- Actively participate in the ROI business meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Relevant associate degree (or equivalent experience) from a college or technical school preferred.
- Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret instructions (written/verbal) and work orders, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain great working relationships with other team members.
- Must have and maintain a current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
