- 2 years of strategic marketing campaign experience
- 2 years of content creation and strategy and/or social media strategy experience
- Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience owning and propelling projects forward from initial concept to execution and fulfillment
As a Marketing Manager for Atrium, you’ll be in charge of planning, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies that help promote the Atrium brand and its agents. You’ll work closely with agents, team members, and other departments to make sure everything stays aligned and on-brand.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
- Helping shape and execute marketing plans that align with company goals and speak to the right audiences. This includes defining target markets, setting marketing goals, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
- Creating and refining content strategies—think blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and marketing collateral.
- Assisting in launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from digital (SEO, SEM, email, and social) to print, events, and PR.
- Helping manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email), analyzing performance data to fine-tune strategies.
- Supporting social media initiatives—growing brand awareness, engagement, and reach while helping manage accounts and track conversations.
- Diving into market research to spot trends, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Working closely with sales, product development, and other teams to keep marketing efforts aligned with business goals.
- Helping manage the marketing budget, making sure resources are used efficiently for the best return.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, analyzing key metrics to improve future campaigns.
- Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
