Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans that align with company objectives and target specific audiences. This includes defining target markets, setting marketing goals, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the content strategy, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), content marketing, print advertising, events, and public relations.
- Assist in the management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Analyze campaign performance and contribute to data-driven adjustments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Assist in managing social media accounts and monitoring online conversations.
- Contribute to market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Assist in analyzing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Contribute to the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and analysis of campaign results.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

- 2 years of strategic marketing campaign experience
- 2 years of content creation and strategy and/or social media strategy experience
- Ability to demonstrate effective copywriting skills
- Experience owning and propelling projects forward from initial concept to execution and fulfillment
- Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
- Regular and predictable attendance
