What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Veterans United Home Loans?
As a Receptionist, you are responsible for providing a welcoming experience for employees and visitors as they enter the building.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exemplary customer service for anyone entering the building and over the phone.
- Proactively respond to the needs of employees and each building by reporting facility issues through internal ticketing system, communicating needs to Custodians, Security and Facilities personnel and keeping the appropriate stakeholders informed of updates and resolution.
- Schedule appointments and mail correspondence.
- Open and close the office, adhering to security procedures.
- Assist other departments along with Assistant Office Managers as needed.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
