We’re looking for a Video Creative Manager to lead our team in producing high-quality, fast-paced video content that captures the heart of our company’s culture. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop visually dynamic, fast-paced content that connects with our employees.
- Translate creative vision into actionable direction for the video team, ensuring the final product aligns with the original concept.
- Create dynamic content for company initiatives, including companywide messages, internal campaigns, and major company events.
- Write and edit video scripts that will become videos people actually want to watch. You know how to grab attention fast and keep viewers hooked.
- Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, balancing speed with quality.
- Stay on top of video trends as well as what’s landing with our audience, as you continuously refine storytelling, editing styles, and creative approaches.
What You Bring:
- Experience leading creative teams in video production, from brainstorming to final cut.
- Strong storytelling and editing skills with a focus on engaging video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with video production workflows, from pre-production (storyboarding, scripting) to post-production (editing, sound, and color correction).
- Strong understanding of lighting, shot composition, and cinematography techniques.
- Ability to direct on-set, providing clear creative direction to ensure high-quality visuals and performances.

- Previous management experience

- Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
- Regular and predictable attendance
