We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting key company programs, event planning, managing calendars for select Veterinarian Partners executive team members, and providing general upkeep at the corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Support company programs by event planning and coordinating agendas, logistics, materials, and other items to ensure programs and events run smoothly
- Work closely with executive team to launch programs and provide support where necessary
- Coordinate calendars for team members as necessary
- Maintain leadership team calendar and general Chicago office upkeep
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or business-related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- High quality standards and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent, proactive customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and presentation skills to interact with internal and external business partners
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Local to the greater Chicago area and able to work onsite Monday-Thursday
- 2 years of experience in HubSpot or similar CRM platform
