Veterinary Cancer Group of Los Angeles is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team!

Rate of pay: $20-23/per hour based on experience
Job Overview:
The Client Care Specialist provides the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. The ideal applicant(s) will demonstrate excellent verbal skills, be enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly, have a professional appearance and professional demeanor, be able to multi-task, a positive team player, pay attention to detail and be reliable. A desire to help animals and their owners.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients in a friendly manner- Effectively communicate & resolve client questions
- Scheduling and checking in clients & patients
- Confirm appointments for the following day.
- Answer all incoming calls and route to the appropriate person, if needed.
- Gather and maintain patient records.
- Light cleaning of the exam rooms and front lobby area.
- Going over financial transactions and processing payment for services.
- Answering high volume calls
- Checking emails

Hours: Full/Part time. 10 hour shifts. Must be available to work open and closing shifts. We’re open 7am to 7pm.
