Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Client Service Representative who shares our passion for animals and a desire to help clients provide the best care for their pets. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, reliable, and ready to be an integral part of a close-knit team. If you have experience in the veterinary field, excellent communication skills, and a positive, compassionate attitude, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with appointments, both in person and over the phone, with warmth, respect, and professionalism.
- Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up visits using practice management software.
- Collect and review medical records for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate visit details and expectations clearly to clients and referring veterinarians.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure clients and their pets receive top-notch concierge care throughout their visit to the clinic.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the veterinary field, with an understanding of veterinary care and client interaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience using practice management software.
- A team player who values collaboration and the opportunity to work with a small, dedicated team.
- Compassionate and empathetic with a genuine desire to help both clients and their pets.
