Job Responsibilities: include the following.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and processing incoming patients.
- Answering phone calls including scheduling appointments and taking messages for doctors and staff.
- Entering client and patient data into EMR system.
- Generating invoices, and entering payments into EMR system.
- Managing the retrieval and storage of patients medical records.
- Make reminder calls confirming client appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
