Job – Sales Associate
Job Summary
Your job will entail working with the Used Sales Manager and the New Sales Manager and other sales staff. The position will require you to preform all aspects of the sales function, setting the showroom, social media content, to greeting the customer, developing relationships, providing features and benefits, overcoming objections, closing sales and retaining customers.
Duties
· Present every customer with the highest level of customer service
· Maintain superior knowledge of all major units
· Master all aspects of the sales process
· Maintain a good system of customer follow up
· Sustain a working partnership with fellow departments, to ensure a complete customer experience
(Please note this a base commission based position)
Hours of Operation
Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30AM-5PM
Thursday 8:30AM-6PM
Friday 8:30AM-5PM
Saturday 8:30AM-3PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
