From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation.
Key Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate service requests from field offices
Coordinate with third party service providers
Track preventative maintenance services to ensure contract compliance
Prepare and provide status reports,updates, and tracking of various projects and services
Assist with processing invoices for vendors
Manage purchase orders, procurement of FF&E, and tracking of related expenses
Support Facilities Managers as needed
Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements
A Successful Facilities Coordinator Will Have The Following
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work well with staff at all levels
Ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence
Proficient Google suite skills, including: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour
