As ODVA's Human Resources Administrator, you will be a strategic partner and advocate for equity and inclusion. You'll lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking HR policies and practices that support a diverse workforce and empower employees to thrive. You will be a part of the ODVA Executive Leadership Team. Your work will influence every level of the agency, creating pathways for collaboration, developing employees, organizational excellence, and DEIA.
What You'll Do :
- Advocate for Inclusive Policies : Develop and implement HR strategies that embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) into ODVA's culture and operational practices.
- Partner with Leadership : Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, policy development, culture change, and management practices that align with ODVA's mission.
- Champion Employee Relations : Foster a positive, inclusive workplace by leading efforts in labor relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Empower Teams : Lead and support a team of four HR professionals in delivering recruitment, classification, compensation, and employee training services.
- Engage and Educate : Promote DEIA initiatives through employee development programs, training, and continuous learning opportunities.
