Position Specific Description
- Organizes and facilitates event planning, including internal and external events, meetings, and conferences
- Prepares, submits, and tracks expense reports for directors in a timely and accurate manner
- Assists with floor logistics, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace
- Manages office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as necessary to ensure an ample supply of coffee, office materials, and other essentials
- Facilitates the onboarding process for new team members, including setting up workstations, coordinating with IT for necessary hardware and software, and providing orientation materials
- Acts as a liaison between directors, team members, and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 5 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting multiple executives or directors
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
