Our Service Supervisor is responsible for the following :
Directly supervises and trains service technicians and other employees as necessary.
Establishes, communicates, enforces, and oversees service department processes to ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
Monitors individual and overall Service department performance relative to labor sales and expense control, across the organization in line with the organization's objectives.
Facilitates the organization's Customer Satisfaction Program to enhance and maintain customer relationships and training relative to service support.
Account for all-time in-Service Delivery and for all material used in performing assigned duties
Complete all notes and DTAC cases required in conjunction with work assignments.
Follow up with customers according to company expectations.
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
Maintain the condition of the golf shop, tools, and equipment.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Service Manager, or Store Manager
Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge :
2 years of experience in leadership in a similar environment
Ability to lead and motivate others with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
Valid driver's license is required.
Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service department operations
Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of our equipment.
