We have an immediate opportunity for a qualified Business Project Analyst with our Gateway Leadership Team at our CVG Gateway Facility. Asa Sr. Business Project Analyst you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and internal subject matter experts to assist with automation and process improvement implementation. You will learn DHL Clearance processes and be able to interpret and apply fact based analysis to daily operations, work in a fast pace environment, and further develop your technical skills while facilitating process improvement initiatives.

- Support the Formal Entry Process Improvement Project
- Manage multiple process improvement initiatives within the Clearance operation
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for clearance processes
- Create additional flexible and user friendly reporting and tools as the business need arises
- Support ABI software Rollout, UAT Testing and other RPA innovation
- Provide general operational support as needed
