Duties and Responsibilities
- Removing litter small graffiti and stickers.
- Performing seasonal maintenance tasks including power washing loose leaf collection weeding storm recovery efforts and snow and ice removal.
- Assisting with special events including barrier placement preparation coverage and cleanup.
- Responding to biohazards such as human and pet waste or other bodily fluids (proper protection resources and training provided).

Typical Qualifications
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED and one year of maintenance or customer service experience related to the assignment.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.Licensing and Certifications :
Valid Class C Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.Additional Information
