SKINN is seeking a dynamic and creative Production & Content Coordinator. In this role, you will help coordinate & support all aspects of our company’s marketing efforts that feature our owner / spokesperson / on-air talent. Such efforts include live media sells, content production and original ideas to enhance our brand’s presence across various video platforms.
The ideal candidate must have a well-rounded cross-section of skills and characteristics –

Administrative : Organized, resourceful, astute at strategic coordination and planning of schedules, teams and personalities to accomplish shared goals.
Creative : Passionate about storytelling, multimedia production, and digital content creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Support for On-Air and Video Sales Events
Support Talent directly as the go-to person for all needs during sales events.
Assist with Talent needs and advocate for Talent in preparation for and during production shoots.
Provide support to Talent by ensuring events run smoothly and Talent feels supported.
Production Assistance
Assist in coordinating and executing video / photo shoots and other content productions.
Assist with set up and operate production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
Manage on-set logistics, such as schedules, shot lists, and props.
Content Support
Help with engagement on Talent Social accounts.
Facilitate UGC though photos and videos for use across platforms.
Stay up-to-date on trends to suggest relevant and compelling content.
Moderate viewer comments when live
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
Organize and manage production schedules, ensuring events are well executed .
Ensure seamless communication with team members during production, acting as a bridge between on-site and off-site staff, as well as with remote production teams.
Serve as a reliable resource during high-pressure scenarios, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain and organize production equipment and studio spaces.
Coordinate with on-air models and report on their time.
Maintain live selling / content calendar to be accurate and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
Proven or similar experience in content creation and / or production assistance
Proficiency or interest in using production tools like cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Skilled in general office software & communication platforms

SCHEDULE / HOURS / LOCATION
- Full-time hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in-person at the studio (Rancho Mirage) and remainder WFH
- Hours are fluid and subject to on-air, live events
- Work days during live events can be long (10 hours), fast-paced and sometimes shifted hours - for live events airing internationally. Live events are scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance so coordinator can plan accordingly.
