Job Description:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of farm equipment dealership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Under general direction, efficiently manages assets and personnel of dealership to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
· Develops a cohesive team within the dealership to promote employee satisfaction and maximum performance by each team member.
· Provides leadership to all team members by setting an example of professional and competent performance.
· Undertakes a wide range of activities to promote sales of new and used equipment and machinery.
· Promotes sales of repair parts and accessories
· Promotes service capabilities of the dealership.
· Presents a professional image to customers and associates at all times.
Job Skills:
· Business Management background or experience
· Ag Equipment Whole-good Sales Experience
· Personnel Management background
Job Salary and Benefits:
Salary plus commission based on store profits. Benefit package including medical & dental insurance, PTO, and 401k plan
