What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Relations - Sumner Place position at Vetter Senior Living?
Our Guest Relations Coordinator/ receptionist is vital to upholding dignity in life for everyone who walks through the doors at Sumner Place by being a hospitable presence and anticipating guests' needs.
This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
Daily tasks include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to Sumner Place
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly projects using a variety of computer programs
- Anticipating people's needs to provide an exceptional hospitable experience
Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Canva, and able to operate a telephone switchboard, copier, fax, and other office equipment. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude, and have passion for hospitality and serving older adults. Our Guest Relation Coordinator sits consistently through the day but must be able to bend, stoop, and twist to complete routine job duties.
