The Administrator is responsible for the management and operations of the Home Health Care as delegated by the Board of Directors of Vetter Senior Living. You are a part of a highly-respected team of skilled and caring people who are committed to making quality service a way of life. Your daily efforts and dedication will help us maintain the position of premier provider of Home Health Care services. Everything you do in your role as Administrator should reflect the Mission, Vision and Values of Vetter Senior Living.
Personal Qualifications: The Administrator presents a strong desire to relate to and work with the Home Health clients. They possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image. The Administrator finds fulfillment in building personal relationships and growing the staff who provide care. They are committed to doing whatever it takes to assure dignity and resident centered care for those we serve.
Experience: At least one (1) year of Home Health Care management experience and a valued reputation of work experience within the senior care arena.
Professional Qualifications: Administrator must have Bachelor's degree in health care related field, masters preferred. Administrator must have strong communication skills for conversations with clients, caregivers, governing authority, staff and care partners. Management and administrative skills to organize, manage and coordinate resources to assure each client admitted for Home Health Services receives the necessary level of care and treatment in a manner consistent with the client's needs and desires. The Administrator is open to continually learning and growing by participating in educational sessions, in-service and" just in time training" and demonstrations.
