Overview
Responsibilities
To manage the maintenance function and support the continuous development of all material handling aspects within a Distribution Center to deliver the expected level of support in terms of quality, cost, and response time. Ensure site maintenance is effectively and efficiently managed to minimize facility or equipment down-time. Manage a small team of non-exempt technicians and be the direct link for supply-chain operations management. This position reports directly to the distribution center senior management, while indirectly reporting to the Sr. Regional Manager of Maintenance Engineering.
Qualifications
Minimum formal vocational training. Minimum 5 years of like experience
Must have experience with Interlink Conveyors
Other Information
Must have working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, pneumatic/Hydraulics as well as 5 years experience of conveyer systems and/or warehouse automation. Experience with Maintenance scheduling / planning software a distinct advantage.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $75,500/Year to $100,000/Year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
You will be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
