Role Overview
As the Global VP of Sales Engineering you will be responsible for leading a team focused on the entire customer journey - from pre-sales technical support and solution architecture, to driving successful customer adoption and post-sales value delivery. You will partner closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive world-class technical guidance and support at every stage of the sales process and beyond.
You Will :
- Build and manage a high-performing global sales engineering team to support the company's sales and growth initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to the sales organization, collaborating closely to understand customer requirements, architect solutions, and deliver compelling technical presentations
- Work cross-functionally with product, professional services, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to long-term value realization
- Develop and continuously improve the sales engineering playbook, including pre-sales qualification, solution design, proof-of-concept execution, and customer onboarding
- Implement processes, tools, and best practices to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales engineering function
- Analyze customer and market trends to provide strategic input on product roadmap, sales strategy, and go-to-market initiatives
- Attract, develop, and retain top sales engineering talent globally

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills.
